We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Assistant to support our client's busy office in Holsworthy. Accounts Payable Assistant Responsibilities: Processing of purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes Creating customer invoices and handling account queries Assisting with preparing and processing supplier payment runs and keeping suppliers updated Assisting with month-end close, including accruals and reconciliations Keeping the purchase ledger up to date and audit-ready Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required Accounts Payable Assistant Skills, Qualifications and Attributes: Experience working with Purchase Ledgers/Account payable Confident with data entry and office systems (SAGE experience is a bonus!)
