As the FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving financial insight, business performance, and strategic decision‑making. Working closely with senior leadership, you will:
* Produce high‑quality financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
* Support budgeting cycles and long‑term planning
* Deliver commercial insight to non‑finance stakeholders
* Analyse trends, margins, KPIs, and performance drivers
* Assist in developing financial models to support strategic initiatives
* Help shape data‑driven decisions across the organisation
This is a highly visible role, ideal for someone who enjoys partnering across the business and adding real commercial value.About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) – or equivalent experience
* Analytical, curious, and commercially minded
* Confident using Excel and financial modelling tools
* Comfortable presenting insight to senior stakeholders
* Ambitious with a desire to progress as the function grows
Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting within a service or logistics related business is beneficial, but not essential.Why Join my client?
