About This Role

As our SEND Administrator, you would play a vital role in supporting the effective coordination of provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities at Ormiston Denes Academy. Working closely with the SENCO, you will ensure that administrative processes are well organised, accurate and compliant, enabling the smooth delivery of support for students. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people with additional needs.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who:

* Is organised, proactive and compassionate and is committed to supporting high‑quality provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
* Has excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload, ensuring that key administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Has strong communication skills, as you will liaise regularly with staff, students, families and external professionals.
* Is confident using digital systems, maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
* Shares our belief in inclusion and our determination to ensure every young person can thrive.
