You’ll work closely with our Financial Planners to provide technical expertise, build cash flow models, and produce tailored suitability reports that help clients achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities Paraplanning & Client Support Prepare and maintain accurate client records and documentation Support Financial Planners with client reviews and cash flow modelling Conduct detailed research to identify suitable financial planning solutions Draft bespoke suitability reports and recommendation materials Liaise with clients’ legal and tax advisers when needed Assist with advice implementation, including applications and compliance checks Help build strong, trusted relationships with clients Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all work meets FCA regulations and internal standards Stay up to date with regulatory changes, including Consumer Duty Maintain high standards of documentation and record-keeping Attend training and CPD sessions to support ongoing competence Embedding Consumer Duty Promote client understanding through clear communication Ensure recommendations deliver fair value Provide suitable products and services for client needs Deliver responsive, accessible, and effective client support What You’ll Bring Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in a Paraplanning role within financial planning or wealth management Chartered Financial Planner qualification or close to achieving it Experience liaising with professional advisers (solicitors, accountants) is a Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of pensions, investments, protection, and holistic financial planning Skilled in building cash flow models and writing suitability reports Competent using CRM systems and financial research tools Personal Attributes High attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, personable, and client-focused Self-motivated and collaborative Organised and able to manage multiple priorities Why Join Radiant?
