Lecturer in Motor Vehicle (Ref: NBK9527)
Northbrook College, Shoreham (Shoreham Airport campus)
Salary: £27,785 – £43,325 per annum + £3,000 retention payment upon successful completion of probation. Eligible for a targeted retention incentive payment of up to £6,000.
Working pattern: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Full or part‑time hours available according to your preference.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, hands‑on lessons across Entry Level to Level 3 Motor Vehicle and Motorsport courses.
* Teach Motor Vehicle Maintenance qualifications, providing learners with technical skills, confidence and industry insight.
* Guide students through fundamentals, from engine systems and diagnostics to motorsport performance.
* Support students in applying real‑world learning and industry best practices.
* Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Relevant level 3 automotive qualification.
* Relevant industry or subject experience; prior teaching experience not required.
* Commitment to continued professional development.
