We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor with temporary additional responsibilities as Cover Supervisor Coordinator for the 2025/2026 academic year to provide cover for absence. This will involve arranging cover for absent staff, in addition to the Cover Supervisor responsibilities. From September 2026, the role will continue as a Grade 5 Cover Supervisor position. The successful candidate will deliver lessons in the absence of staff according to the lesson plans and schemes of learning provided. Excellent communication between the Cover Supervisor and the teaching staff and students is a key part of this role. All staff are expected to work alongside the teaching staff to be role models for our students, demonstrating the highest standards of teamwork, collaboration and respect.
