Base pay range
This role can be remote or hybrid (office based in Farnborough).
Overall Purpose of the Role
Support the delivery of a comprehensive Global Mobility (GM) strategy across the EMEA region. Collaborate with various teams and external service providers to ensure smooth operational processes, supporting the business and its globally mobile employees and new hires. Continuously seek to improve all processes and the quality of team outputs.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Manage end-to-end GM services & processes for mobile employees, ensuring a positive experience for individuals, home, and host managers.
* Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key business unit leaders and colleagues.
* Manage daily relationships with external providers, including assignment services, immigration, and tax, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
* Develop and maintain the GM framework and policies.
* Stay informed on market trends and best practices in GM, communicating and leveraging opportunities.
* Understand and communicate changes in legislation related to GM, such as tax and immigration.
* Support the wider People team with requirements related to EMEA immigration Sponsor Licences.
* Support and embed GM development as the business expands.
* Identify, advise on, and help manage risks, compliance, and reporting related to GM and globally mobile employees.
* Oversee annual GM processes and projects, such as compliance and compensation.
* Contribute to processes managed by other teams, like expenses.
* Lead and support specific country and regional GM projects as needed.
Middle East HR Administration
* Serve as the primary HR contact for teams and leaders across the Middle East.
* Advise on policy interpretation and local employment laws.
* Support the implementation of global HR programs with regional alignment.
* Lead or contribute to regional HR projects.
* Manage and resolve employee issues in collaboration with HRBP, EMEA.
* Assist with HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
* Maintain accurate HR records and data in HRIS.
* Prepare employment letters and documentation per company policy and local laws.
* Coordinate benefit administration.
* Support HR initiatives and compliance efforts.
Knowledge & Skills
* Deep understanding of global mobility strategy, policy, and operations across various organizations.
* Experience with GM/employment taxes, preferably from a professional services background.
* Highly numerate and analytical.
* Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
* High computer literacy.
