Reporting to: UK Sales Manager
The Role
You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of business accounts while proactively identifying and securing new opportunities across your territory. This is a field-based role focused on profitable growth, strong relationship building, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing business accounts
* Identify and win new business across key market sectors
* Maintain and improve margins on project work
* Develop strategic account plans to drive territory growth
* Build strong relationships with customers and prospects
* Ensure excellent service delivery through close internal collaboration
* Provide regular reporting to the UK Sales Manager
What We’re Looking For
* Proven B2B sales or business development experience
* Strong account management skills
* Self-motivated with excellent territory planning ability
* Commercially aware with a focus on profitability
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
