Role Overview
A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Solicitor to join its highly regarded Clinical Negligence team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a top-tier practice known for handling complex and high-value clinical negligence claims that make a genuine difference to clients’ lives.
You will join a well-established and supportive team, working alongside an experienced Legal Director and gaining exposure to a wide range of matters including obstetric, neonatal, oncology, neurosurgical and psychiatric claims. The role offers excellent scope for development and progression within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
1. Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE in Clinical/Medical Negligence (claimant experience essential)
2. Strong experience managing your own caseload, including litigated matters
3. Proven ability to assist on complex, high-value claims across a range of medical disciplines
4. Excellent client care skills with the ability to provide clear, empathetic advice
5. Strong organisational and communication skills
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
