On behalf of our client based in Antrim we are recruiting for an experienced Admin Assistant for the Customer Service Team. This role is initially temporary with a view to becoming permanent after 3 months.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (35hpw)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure response times are being met for calls, online enquiries, pickup requests, customer requests;
2. Administer freight requests from customers
3. Provide administration support for the Sales Reps and sales leads information;
4. Maintain knowledge and competency in the use of new technology/standards which improve service
Person Specification:
5. Excellent communicator, able to relate to customers, staff, CFs, management;
6. Empathy with the needs of customers;
7. Well organised;
8. Emotionally mature.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
10. Administration experience essential;
11. Geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland essential;
12. Competent computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in
13. MS Excel and MS Word;
