As a Team Member, your main focus is front of house, dealing directly with people. You will welcome and look after everyone who comes to the café, ensuring everyone has an enjoyable time. This lively business is constantly on the go, so teamwork and adaptability are essential.
You’ll be keen to understand what people want, to help them, and to make recommendations. You will maintain high standards of food and drink preparation and presentation, using your eye for detail to keep displays and signs accurate and attractive. Occasionally you may help the kitchen team with food preparation.
We provide a role‑specific induction, training in allergens and food safety, and any needed mentoring. You can sign up for further professional training and development if you wish.
