As a Specialist Nurse, youll play a vital role in supporting patients in their own homes helping to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. RGN (Part 1 NMC Register) ? Post-registration experience in an acute care setting, including independent decision-making and supervision of others. ? Strong knowledge of therapies and drugs relevant to our service offerings, and experience caring for patients with treated conditions. ? Experience undertaking clinical assessments and administering subcutaneous injections. ? Experience caring for IV devices and administering IV therapies. ? Excellent communication skills you listen actively, communicate sensitively, and make clinical information easy to understand. ? Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and following protocols. ? Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing service demands.
