You’ll work with the store team to deliver high-standard clinical care and customer service to meet both patient needs and business objectives. And of course, you’ll be a key part in creating a warm and friendly environment for our customers and our team.

Located on a retail park, easily accessible from Central Norwich and surrounding areas, Specsavers Norwich Longwater is smaller store with 4 test rooms. Despite it's size, this store is not to be underestimated, packed with state of the art technology, and offering a range of enhanced optical services - patient care and experience is top priority at Specsavers Norwich Longwater.

Norwich is a flourishing city in Norfolk, offering everything from heritage site to quaint markets, lively restaurants and an amazing music and cultural scene.
Not only are you less than 40 minutes from the beach, you can also get to Cambridge in an hour and London in less than 2 hours on a direct service route.

We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. Firstly, you’ll need to be registered as a member of the General Optical Council (keeping this up to date). You’ll also need to be confident and passionate about providing the best customer service and work well as part of a team, in a busy store environment. BUT, most importantly, you will need to pride yourself on delivering clinical excellence with the ability/willingness to practice at the top of your license.
