Your Role
As a Service Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the service, promote quality excellence, and support personal growth of your team. Your leadership will make a difference in the lives of colleagues and those we support, ensuring everyone at Consensus can flourish.
* Enable individuals to lead fulfilling, independent lives.
* Support team wellbeing and development.
* Manage the service efficiently, balancing budget and quality.
* Oversee financial performance and resource management.
* Promote quality assurance and compliance with legal and statutory obligations.
* Ensure accurate reporting and data management.
* Maintain registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

About You
* Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviors
* Experienced Service Manager with a background in Supported Living or Residential Services
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care; Level 4/5 training supported
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Flexibility to work shifts and be on call as needed
* Commitment to person-centered care and equitable opportunities
