Job Description

We have two exciting opportunities for Personal Assistants. One will join the Environment & Business, Business Support Team, and the other will support Sarah Cook, Director of People and Assurance, in the Strategy, Transformation and Assurance Directorate. PAs enable senior leaders to focus on creating better places for people and wildlife and supporting sustainable development.
You should be naturally organized, enjoy multi-tasking and prioritizing, and be adept at managing calendars, booking accommodations and travel, and triaging emails. Anticipating needs and supporting leaders proactively are key. You will join a supportive community of professional administrators who value teamwork and flexibility, promoting a healthy work-life balance and an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.
The team is based in the Environment and Business Directorate, with dispersed locations across the country. We support executive directors and provide a flexible, supported working environment with opportunities for development and training.

This is a national role with flexible working arrangements and some travel required. We support your development, including incident management training and roles.
