The Role:
* Teach Business Studies to KS4 & KS5, covering GCSE and A-Level courses
* Take on a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR), supporting the development of the Business department
* Lead on curriculum innovation, student engagement, and extracurricular activities such as enterprise projects
* Support and mentor Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and department colleagues
* Encourage students to develop a strong understanding of business principles, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy
What We're Looking For:
A qualified Business Teacher with QTS or PGCE
Experience teaching Business at KS4 & KS5, with strong subject knowledge
A passion for student achievement and curriculum development
Leadership potential, with a drive to enhance teaching and learning in Business Studies
A commitment to innovation and real-world business applications in education
