My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to oversee business controls across the organisation, as well as performing a regular Quality Assurance checking program, ensuring compliance and risk awareness is promoted throughout.

The following skills / experience is essential:
* Prior experience of managing, setting and testing Controls in Operations within Banking or financial services.
* Regulatory understanding
* Positive personality and desire to get the job done!
* Excellent communication skills
Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus + package
