Driver Hire Preston are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to work for our client based in Leyland. Our client specialises in fencing products and supplies, and this is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver seeking ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role:
1. Driving a Class 1 HGV vehicle
2. No handball involved
3. Working hours: 06:00 – 16:30
4. Hourly rate: £14.00 – £16.00
5. Ongoing position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate
6. Immediate start available
Requirements:
7. Minimum 1 year Class 1 HGV driving experience
8. Valid HGV Class 1 licence
9. Valid CPC qualification
10. Valid Digital Tachograph (Digi) Card
11. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only)

12. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
13. Positive attitude towards work
14. Good level of customer service skills
15. Professional and presentable at all times
