You will be working closely with solicitors and fee earners, providing vital support across a range of conveyancing matters. The role is varied and fast-paced, offering daily client contact, responsibility for progressing files, and the chance to become an integral part of a busy, friendly office. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Preparing and opening new client files, ensuring all details are accurately recorded Drafting documents and correspondence using the case management system Assisting with contract packs, enquiries, searches, and mortgage reports Supporting the exchange and completion process, including preparing completion statements and liaising with clients Handling incoming calls, emails, and post, providing excellent client service at all times General administrative support such as filing, billing, photocopying, and archiving About You To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in a conveyancing role, withknowledge of sales and purchase transactions A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as within a team Why Apply?
