You'll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.What you'll do as a Sales AdvisorWelcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offeringsConduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developmentsManage the full sales process smoothly and efficientlyStay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisionsCollaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offersWhat experience do I need?Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agencyAble to work Thursday through to Monday 11am-6pm (our busiest times!)Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleA passion for providing exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTarget-driven, proactive, and adaptableTPBN1_UKTJ
