Role Summary
The Fan Selector Product Owner will lead the development and strategy of the Fan Selector software, a key digital interface for the business. Responsible for maintaining and improving software accuracy, usability, and commercial impact, you will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and IT to align the tool with business goals, integrate technical and product data, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the Fan Selector tool roadmap and vision, ensuring it supports business objectives.
2. Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the main contact for tool-related queries and updates.
3. Oversee technical data input, ensuring compliance and accuracy for different regions.
4. Coordinate updates and releases in collaboration with system and platform teams.
5. Support integration of commercial data including pricing, costs, and product launches.
6. Drive process improvement, automation, and user experience enhancements.
7. Provide customer support and deliver training to internal and external users.
Person Specification
8. Product ownership or management experience, ideally with technical or engineering software.
9. Skilled in digital tools, data management, and understanding of software development.
10. Experience working cross-functionally (e.g., engineering, sales, IT).
11. Ability to manage complex technical data.
12. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
13. Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
