Salary range: £52,500 to £62,500 per annum
Location: Leatherhead, Bristol or Glasgow (flexible hybrid working, with time split between the office and working from home)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join us on a temporary basis as we have an exciting maternity leave cover role for a period of 9-12 months.
As the Early Careers Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting and developing our early careers professionals, including Graduates, Interns, Placements, and Apprentices. In this maternity cover position, you'll be responsible for providing valuable support and guidance throughout their early career journey. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition and Learning teams, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development programs that align with our organisational goals and empower the growth of our early careers employees.
The Early Careers Business Partner will:
* Support the ongoing execution of early careers attraction strategies to identify and engage top talent from universities, colleges and vocational institutions.
* Manage the pastoral care process for our early careers talent, identifying ongoing improvements. Focusing on new developments for our apprentice cohort.
* Lead the planning and implementation of the upcoming and future programme of events for our internal early careers talent from 0-2 years of them joining Frazer-Nash.
* Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to understand their early career talent needs and assist in creating job specifications and recruitment plans.
* Organise and attend early careers fairs, networking events and other events to promote Frazer-Nash as a preferred employer of early careers professionals.
* Working alongside the TA team, support the relationship with educational institutions, student organisations, and other stakeholders to build a strong talent pipeline.
* Support the implementation of onboarding programs that provide a great employee experience for early careers hires into the organisation.
* In collaboration with the Learning team, support the development of training programs for early careers including; mentoring, coaching and performance management initiatives.
* Support managers and Leaders to monitor early career employee’s progress
* Work closely with the business to build program capability in areas of need/new areas.
* Regularly assess the effectiveness of the Program offerings and support recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Research and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in early careers development to ensure the program remains competitive and relevant.
* Create and maintain a positive employee experience through networking events, social activities, and other engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of educational institutions and their recruitment processes.
* Familiarity with various assessment tools and methods used in early career talent evaluation.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, candidates and external organisations.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Passion for Talent development, mentoring and coaching young professionals.

Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
