Customer Service Advisor
Enderby UK, Hybrid Working
Are you ready for what’s next, now? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our 3T Technology and Logistics office in Enderby, UK. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will join an enthusiastic team supporting our growing customer base.
About the Role
As the primary contact for customer service inquiries, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely service. Your responsibilities include daily communication with customers, building meaningful relationships, and managing our haulage partners efficiently. This role balances interaction with customers and service providers, offering valuable experience in transport and logistics. Our customers trust us to manage their goods transportation, placing them at the heart of our decision-making process.
Prior transport experience is not required but problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
* Use the EVENT platform to monitor operational activities.
* Report non-compliance with processes to customers and 3T Account Management.
* Report daily operational KPIs internally and externally.
* Escalate and detail customer complaints in line with SLAs.
* Handle Proof of Delivery (POD) requests.
* Respond promptly and professionally to queries.
* Ensure data accuracy, investigate data quality issues, and assess cost implications.
* Monitor customer compliance and report deviations from SOPs.
* Generate accurate operational reports weekly, daily, and monthly.
* Report volume fluctuations or profile changes against forecasts, escalating as needed.
About You
* Experience in customer service or transport is preferred but not essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay motivated.
* Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and effective prioritization skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Excellent IT skills to navigate various systems.
* Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
