Offer description

We're looking for a Community Management Executive based in Gerrards Cross—hybrid. This role will be responsible for onboarding new suppliers and customers to the Tradex network and supporting existing suppliers to maximise adoption of Causeway services.


Purpose

Coordinate onboarding and support activities for suppliers and customers, ensuring seamless integration into the Tradex platform and fostering long‑term relationships.


Key Responsibilities

* Onboard new suppliers: initial contact by telephone and email, facilitate registration, and ensure transmission of first electronic invoice.
* Use tools to track and report onboarding progress and status.
* Communicate progress with team members.
* Provide support to existing suppliers on queries related to continued use or adoption of Causeway services.
* Identify upsell opportunities and pass details to relevant teams.
* Play a key role in project teams delivering customer onboarding projects and managed services.
* Deliver highly professional project services following company processes to provide a positive customer experience.
* Work collaboratively on multiple projects.
* Perform other duties as required.

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications

* Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a results‑driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills, able to engage at all levels and handle objections.
* Focus on customer service and success.
* Understanding of supply chain processes—ideally e‑procurement, e‑invoicing, and source‑to‑pay—to convey and sell benefits to customers and suppliers.


Desirable

* Experience in supply chain processes, e‑procurement, e‑invoicing, or source‑to‑pay.
* Experience delivering projects with a multi‑functional team.
* Experience working in a call centre and meeting daily volume/output targets.
* Calm and objective with strong listening and customer‑needs understanding.
* Minimum A‑Level qualification or equivalent preferred.
