Job Description
* Oversee procurement and supply chain operations.
* Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency.
* Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
* Collaborate with other departments to identify and address supply chain issues.
* Lead, manage and develop the supply chain team.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Conduct regular supply chain performance reviews.
* Coordinate with finance to set budgets and monitor costs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
* A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
* Extensive knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes in the retail industry.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
* Solid analytical skills and the ability to solve complex supply chain issues.
