Indirect Buyer – Wath-Upon-Dearne – c£40,000

This newly created key role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established international business with a strong market reputation, which continues to achieve consistent year-on-year growth.
Working Hours / Key Benefits:

The Role
The Indirect Buyer will support the business across a broad range of indirect spend categories. This is a hands-on, varied position offering exposure to supplier management, governance and cost control.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the end-to-end procurement process across indirect spend
* Assisting with supplier sourcing, quotation analysis and contract administration
* Maintaining supplier records, contracts and compliance documentation
* Checking pricing against agreed terms and resolving invoice queries
* Supporting supplier performance monitoring and KPI tracking
* Assisting with procurement reporting, spend analysis and audit requirements
The Person
* Previous experience with indirect procurement
* Strong organisational skills and good commercial awareness
* Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
* Analytical skills and the ability to interpret spend data
