We’re seeking a talented individual to join this Business Outsourcing Services team in Beaconsfield.
As a Manager your responsibilities will include:
1. Oversee and manage a personal portfolio of clients
2. Supervise and support staff working within assigned portfolio
3. Act as a Line Manager, providing training and guidance to junior staff
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
5. Assist in business development, including drafting proposal documents
6. Monitor key performance metrics and manage billing/WIP effectively
Qualifications / Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have experience
7. ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent, with a strong academic background
8. Proficiency inputerised accounting software
9. Strong client service skills with excellentmunication abilities
10. Results-driven approach to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
11. Knowledge of evolving accounting standards and regulations
12. Ability to mentor, motivate, and train junior team members
Desired:
13. Experience of working with entrepreneurial, scaling businesses
14. Experience using Xero and/or Silverfin software
15. Interest in leveraging technology for efficiency improvements
16. Experience of working across service lines (business tax, personal tax) to deliver a joined-up service to the client
17. Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and colleagues in different locations
