THE ROLE
We are seeking a results-driven and eager B2B marketing manager to join our sales and marketing team to oversee with all aspects of our digital B2B marketing activities. The marketing team work closely in collaboration with the sales team and are at the forefront of all we do. The digital marketing manager will work as part of the marketing team to plan, strategise and deliver our marketing campaigns and initiatives, focusing on generative and search optimisation, lead generation, collaboration with the sales team and utilising our strong branding and resources for high audience engagement.
REPORTING TO the Communications Director
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Marketing Manager, you will drive and oversee our entire digital marketing strategy. As the Marketing Manager you will;
* Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and plans in line with our wider company marketing strategy and business goals.
* Utilise all our existing digital marketing resources to drive the digital footprint of the brand forward, raising awareness of the brand throughout the country.
* Plan and implement collaboration projects with suppliers or clients to strengthen brand awareness and reach.
* Investigate, research and propose new marketing initiatives or activities to help achieve our business goals.
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, ensuring that projects are completed to deadline whilst balancing this against the marketing team’s diverse work portfolio.
* Oversee all work generated by the marketing team to ensure that all content is on brand and in line with messaging.
* Undertake any aspect of digital marketing and content creation required in line with the team in order to achieve our business goals and hit department deadlines.
* Work collaboratively with the sales team to generate new ideas and facilitate strong communication between marketing and sales.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / ATTRIBUTES
We’re looking for a highly experienced marketeer with proven experience in managing entire marketing campaigns.
You will have at least 5-10 years’ experience in digital marketing and be fluent in all modern digital marketing platforms and activities (including SEO, GEO/AEO, social media marketing, email marketing).
You will have excellent written skills and are an effective communicator – both written and verbal. You will also require high levels of computer skills and ability to work with a range of software types including Microsoft 365 packages and Adobe platforms. Also, strong managerial skills to guide and develop team members, to the companies strategy.
