We are looking to add to our team of high performers based in our store in Belfast City Centre. The successful candidate will continue to drive forward our mission and support our growth through the rest of 2025 and beyond.
Your Role:
* As Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and giving each customer a meaningful shopping experience at Dylan Oaks.
* You will be dedicated to driving Dylan Oaks Dundrum's performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork and efficient operations every day.
* You'll act as a true ambassador for Dylan Oaks and a role model for your team members supporting them at all times.
* You'll support the District Manager hiring new team members, providing constructive feedback to your team and ensuring your team share the vision of Dylan Oaks on a daily basis through culture and set KPI's.
* You'll lead by example and coach your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience at Dylan Oaks.
* In addition to the above you will undertake any other duties as required, that are within the competence of the role.
* You will be happy to participate in any brand marketing campaigns.

* You are 'one of a kind' because of your ability to motivate your team members and peers and reach your goals in terms of customer satisfaction and sales.
* You are meticulous on detail and a perfectionist when it comes to presentation.
* You have a genuine love for jewellery.
Experience Required:
* Prior relevant experience at Assistant Store Manager level or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
* People management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, teamwork, coaching).
* Experience in sharing knowledge to drive cultural and behavioural change and enhance your team members skill sets.
* Decision making and problem-solving skills.
