Rated Good by CQC, Dugdale House is registered for 8 service users with Learning Disabilities. The Service Users enjoy going to the local day centre, shops, and coffee shops.


Dugdale House is a beautiful victorian building and boasts a large garden which is regularly used by staff and service users for barbeques, in house events and picnics. The service users enjoy many in house activities as well as visiting local day centres.


Support Worker - 6 months Maternity Cover - Potters Bar, Dugdale House

We are providing individuals with practical and emotional care, enabling them to lead as ordinary life as they can achieve. To help them achieve this you will need to be flexible as you are required to work shifts including bank holidays, weekends and potential sleep ins.


To participate in the day to day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.


To support service users with the preparation of Meals, Laundry duties, cleaning and social events.


To work as part of a team to provide high quality care.


Diploma in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards one.


Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.


The confidence to work alone or as part of a team.


The passion to work with vulnerable adults


The desire and commitment to achieve high standards of safeguarding.
