Responsibilities
 * Lead planned and reactive maintenance activities, spending about 50% of time in a hands-on role and the rest on supervisory and quality tasks.
 * Ensure timely completion of Job Request forms and required Permits for all works.
 * Monitor and optimize plant performance through effective maintenance systems.
 * Oversee subcontractor performance and provide recommendations for appointments.
 * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and promote safe working practices.
 * Support the General Services Manager and client with technical and professional expertise.
Qualifications
 * C&G level 3 (2365) or equivalent in a relevant subject
 * Preferably 10 years (minimum of 5 years) experience in building services and plant engineering, five years as a maintenance craftsman, preferably within an engineering role
 * Previous appointment as Authorised Person for LV, Mechanical Services, Confined Spaces, Boiler and Pressure Systems
 * Experience of Construction Design Management Regulations (CDM)
 * Excellent written and verbal communications
 * Numerate and computer literate
 * Driving Licence required
