The Role
This firm are seeking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor 5+ PQE into their Farnham office.
You will deal with all matter of Conveyancing matters to a high standard including the following:
1. Sales and purchases
2. Re-mortgages
3. Freehold and leasehold
4. New builds
5. Right to buy
6. Auctions
7. Transfers of equity
8. Leases
9. Shared ownerships
Requirements
10. You will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor 5+ PQE
11. You will have technical knowledge
12. Excellent communication skills are essential
