In this role you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders including senior leaders to design, implement and monitor change initiatives that align with the organisation's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align change proposals with strategic operating practices.
2. Shape and deliver the HR change management strategy
3. Oversee individual and collective consultation processes, ensuring legal compliance and transparent communication.
4. Develop and execute consultation plans that engage employees at all levels.
