Our Place School is an independent, specialist setting where the children are genuinely at the heart of all we do. We have 32 students on roll between the ages of 8 and 18, and offer a tailored curriculum built around each individual's needs, ensuring they meet their aims and aspirations whilst feeling safe and valued within the school community. Teachers are responsible for planning and teaching for between 4 and 6 students, the majority of whom receive 1:1 support from our skilled teaching assistants and our multi-disciplinary team of Speech and Language and Occupational therapists.

We are looking for a candidate who:
Ideally has experience in a specialist setting, however any applicants holding QTS with experience and a strong interest in Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) will be considered as we are able to offer comprehensive training and support.
Is resilient, flexible and a strong team player with a 'can-do' attitude and sense of fun and creativity.
