The senior leadership team of this school are looking to appoint a dedicated and passionate teaching assistant to join their team of support staff from October 2025. No prior school-based experience is necessary, although experience supporting children would be beneficial to your application. Within this role you will work deliver one-to-one interventions to students requiring additional support within the classroom, as well as assisting small groups of students with their knowledge of the curriculum and completion of set work. You will also work closely with the class teacher to prepare and plan lessons in line with the national curriculum and schemes of work. Our client school require a teaching assistant who is flexible with working across KS3 and KS4, across a variety of subjects and pupil ability.
