Job Description
As a Senior Director Enablement & Digital Training, you play a crucial role in driving the vision, strategy, creation and execution of IFS’s Enablement & Digital learning content strategy. You will guide/train and champion cross functional teams for solutions and best practices for IFS-specific learning content creation, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness across all IFS learning audiences on the IFS training platform/brand - IFS Academy. You will also be involved in the creation of training courses.
Duties and Accountabilities
Strategy, Learning Creation & Implementation
1. Spearheading the 'gold standard' of learning content creation across the Enablement & Training (E&T) function to ensure accuracy, consistency, scalability, and endurability.
2. Developing E&T learning content creation plans and priorities, aligning with business, content production, operational, and/or IFS priorities.
3. Managing priorities with the Digital Learning team to drive continuous improvement and scalable learning in line with IFS criteria and resource availability.
4. Ensuring seamless integration of digital and classroom-designed content across different organizational levels.
5. Defining, designing, and directing learning content creation for IFS's products and services, industries, methodologies/tools, and ways of working.
6. Actively creating training to demonstrate examples of great and be a key contributor.
7. Providing input to E&T strategy and developing plans in fast-changing E&T customer environments.
8. Looking beyond existing methodologies to define and resolve complex problems.
People & Relationships
9. Providing strategic direction across E&T, especially for the Digital Learning Team, including capability assessments, training and development/coaching.
10. Working closely with the Digital Learning Team Manager to putting continuous improvement actions in place.
11. Developing and maintaining robust relationships with E&T customers, including senior clients, partners, and customer-facing IFS employees.
12. Building strong relationships and collaborating with subject matter experts (content providers) and stakeholders across IFS.
13. Guiding and coaching on a range of instructional design and adult learning principles
14. Collaborating with IFS Academy customers to co-create training plans for specialized training requests and advising on learning objectives, training outlines, and storyboard learning content.
15. Coaching and/or managing diverse teams of managers and/or senior learning professionals.
16. Controlling resources and learning content policy formation in E&T.
Results & Advocacy
17. Advocating for IFS Academy by advocating innovative training methods and offerings.
18. Conducting comprehensive reporting & diagnostics on learning content creation with a feedback loop included.
19. Providing direction to managers and may also provide direction to supervisors and/or professional E&T staff/consultants.
20. Accountable for the performance of multiple E&T learning content creation areas, including IFS Products, release, and acquisitions.
21. Tracking, measuring and reporting on continuous improvement activities with learning content creators.
22. Making decisions guided by IFS priorities, E&T objectives, and resource availability.

Qualifications
Qualifications
34. University qualifications in HR Management, Business Management, Business Information Systems, IT, or related fields, coupled with proven ability in training development & learning content creation in enterprise software or cloud-based organizations.
35. Expert knowledge of Adult Learning & Development concepts and practices.
36. Proven ability to lead and influence teams, colleagues, customers, and partners.
37. Comfortable with change management and getting creative to take learning solutions to the next level
