AsaCustomerServiceSpecialist,youwilltakeownershipofcustomeraccountsandmanagetheend-to-endorderprocessusingsystemssuchasSAP,CRMplatforms,andExcel.
Whatcanyouexpectfromtherole?
1. Buildastrongunderstandingofcustomerbusinessesandrequirements,managinganddevelopingcustomeraccountsviaemailandMicrosoftTeams.
2. Respondtocustomerqueries,liaisingwithinternaldepartmentswherenecessary,andprovidetimelyupdatesthroughtoresolution.
3. Managefullorderprocessing,includingpurchaseorderchanges,rescheduling,andcommunicationofupdatestobothcustomersandinternalteams.
4. Processrework,return,andrepairordersefficiently.
5. CollaboratewithProductionandPurchasingteamstoensureon-timedelivery,managingshortages,escalations,andscheduleadjustments.
6. Raisecreditanddebitnoteswhererequired.
7. Maintainaccuratesystemdata,includingpricelists,quotes,RFQs,revisions,BOMs,draw...
