We have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Sub or Site Agent to work on a rail station upgrade Project in Cardiff, Wales for 2-3 years As a Sub / Site Agent you will be working on Civils, with Buildings/Architecture, & MEP elements Duties will include: Managing Section Engineers and 50% subcontractor management, 50% Self delivery Planning, forecasting and delivering work Liaising with clients and stakeholders Developing programmes, Risk assessments, Quality assurance.
