VGC Group is seeking experienced Advanced Scaffolders to join a project in Central Birmingham. This role offers an immediate start and potential for up to 3 years of employment for the right candidate.

Role: Advanced Scaffolder
Location: Central Birmingham
Salary: GBP25.61 per hour PAYE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Contract: Employment contract
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Qualifications: CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card, SSSTS/SMSTS

Responsibilities:
Assemble scaffolding according to project specifications and safety regulations.
Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures using appropriate materials and tools.
Ensure safety measures, such as guardrails and safety nets, are in place.
Plan scaffolding layout to meet project needs.
Verify scaffolding stability and load capacity.
Conduct risk assessments and site inspections.
Maintain scaffolding safety and stability through regular inspections.
Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
