Prospero Teaching are seeking a committed and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our supportive and inclusive SEN school in Crosby, Liverpool. This is a full-time role that offers a unique opportunity to work with students who require a tailored and nurturing approach to learning.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to students aged 7-16 (or as appropriate)
* Adapt teaching methods to meet a range of learning styles and SEN requirements
* Work collaboratively with the wider teaching and support staff team
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
* Track student progress and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching English at secondary level
* A strong understanding of SEN and a passion for inclusive education
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
