We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience that sets us apart and fosters loyalty to our great brands.
As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us. Weekends will be required.
Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding, personalised customer service to ensure every customer feels appreciated and understood.
* Communicate effectively with customers through verbal and written means.
* Address customer questions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
* Show eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
* Set and achieve sales targets to improve business performance.
* Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent service and meet centre goals.
* Be flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays.
