Our client, a well-respected and established estate agency based in the Loughton area, is looking to recruit either a Trainee Lettings Negotiator or an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team. With a strong reputation in the local market and a loyal client base, they are continuing to grow and are now looking for a motivated individual who is eager to build a long-term career in property.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
* £25,000 OTE for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator
* £35,000 OTE for an experienced Lettings Negotiator
* Excellent career progression opportunities

* 5-day working week
Lettings Negotiator requirements:
* Ideally some experience working within a fast-paced lettings environment (not essential for trainee level)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload
* Able to work effectively within a team environment
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
As a Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
* Booking market appraisals for the lettings team
* Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
* Canvassing and prospecting for new business opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
