Cleaner – Corporate Office Site
Location: Hersham, Walton-on-Thames (KT12)
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 4 hours per week
Working Pattern:
Tuesday: 09:00 – 10:45
Thursday: 09:00 – 10:45
No Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or weekend work
The Role
We are recruiting a Cleaner to work at a secure corporate office site in the Walton-on-Thames area. This role is to cover a permanent vacancy and is expected to move to temp-to-perm, subject to performance and site requirements.
This is a lone-working position within a controlled-access environment.
Key Responsibilities
General cleaning of office and welfare areas
Cleaning touchpoints and shared facilities
Maintaining high hygiene and safety standards
Working independently within a secure site
Acting as a key holder and using alarm systems where required
Essential Requirements
DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Right to Work in the UK – must be presented and verified at induction
Comfortable with lone working
Willing to act as a key holder and use alarm panels if required
Ability to use a telephone-based time & attendance system (mandatory)
Reliable, punctual, and security-aware
