Job Title: TIG Welding Engineer
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000
Shift: Monday–Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Carrying out TIG welding and light fabrication on stainless steel equipment
Installing and commissioning new machinery on customer sites
Repairing, testing and maintaining industrial food machinery
Providing on-site support and troubleshooting for mechanical/electrical issues
Training customer teams on machine use and basic maintenance
Preparing and updating machine manuals and service reports
Delivering customer feedback and reporting service progress to HQ
Acting as a professional representative of the company at all timesTIG Welding Engineer Specification:
Proven TIG welding/fabrication skills, particularly with stainless steel
Ability to read and interpret engineering/mechanical drawings
Experience with industrial or processing equipment preferred
Strong fault-finding ability (mechanical/electrical advantageous)
Willingness to travel across the UK with overnight stays (avg. 2 per week)
Good communication and people skills – you're often the face of the business
Full UK driving licence (essential)
