Responsibilities
* Focus on expertly grilled meat and fish using a charcoal grill.
* Prepare modern Italian cuisine with seasonal, fresh ingredients.
* Work in a formal dining outlet within a renowned group.
* Operate with a structured service pattern: closed between lunch and dinner.
The Ideal Sous Chef
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef.
* A passion for high-quality ingredients, with knowledge of meat and fish.
* Experience in busy, high-volume kitchens.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to run sections and train junior team members.
* A stable CV and a collaborative, hard-working attitude.
