Leading a large team of chefs through service and reporting to senior management. Your role will be to train and motivate your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the site. There is a large semi-open kitchen that can serve up to 250 covers when busy with fresh, seasonal British food. This would suit a strong head chef with good longevity in roles and that has worked in a busy branded restaurant, or rosette level kitchen with knowledge of BOH admin, and experience in premium restaurants.
