A2B Social Care has a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to provide care & support in a 3-bed EBD home based in Longton.
Registered Children's Home Manager Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a Children's Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework.
* Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child.
* Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance.
* Manage recruitment, staff training, and development.
* Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted.
Registered Children's Home Manager Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children's Residential or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.
* Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting.
* Driving Licence is essential.
Salary:
£50,000 - £60,000 working full-time Mon-Fri 9-5pm, plus extensive benefits package.
