A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Banking Associate (3–6 years PQE) to join its dynamic and highly ranked finance team in Aberdeen. This is a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of high-profile banking and finance matters, including fintech, corporate lending, and leveraged finance, within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You will be involved in a variety of transactions across:
1. Fintech and Digital Assets – including private securitisations and forward flow deals for innovative clients in SME lending, BNPL, and revenue share models.
2. Corporate and Leveraged Finance – advising on acquisition finance, real estate finance, and general corporate lending for both borrowers and lenders.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative team of legal professionals and have the opportunity to contribute to market-leading deals with high-profile clients.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
3. Has 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in banking and finance law.
4. Is curious, collaborative, and eager to work with clients who are transforming their industries.
5. May not have fintech experience but is open to learning and growing in this area.
