The Role
* Manage the full implementation life cycle of multiple clinical projects to ensure high-quality software delivery stays on schedule and within financial parameters.
* Translate complex study protocols into technical system specifications and documentation while providing subject matter expertise to both internal teams and global partners.
* Lead collaborative workshops and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the trial execution.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in clinical development or a software development environment.
* Proven technical expertise in the design, implementation, and support of RTSM or IRT systems.
* Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project alongside the full Microsoft Office suite.
* A 4-year university degree, preferably in a scientific or analytic discipline.
Good to Have:
* An advanced degree in a relevant field and a comprehensive understanding of Clinical Research SaaS technology.
* Hands-on experience managing clinical trial supplies, including drug accountability, kit allocation, and global distribution logistics.
* Experience delivering training or public presentations to diverse project teams and international clients.
