Job Summary
The Healthcare Hub is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join a high‑quality care service in Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior Nurse or leader ready to progress, or a current Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Registered Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the service
* Lead, supervise and support care teams to deliver outstanding care
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
* Support with care planning, auditing and quality assurance
* Promote a positive, safe and person‑centred environment
* Act as a role model for staff and contribute to continuous service improvement
Requirements
* NMC PIN Essential
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents and families
* A passion for delivering high‑quality care
Pay & Benefits
